1. How do i restore mic setting back to its default setting?

Answer:
   Just perform Master Reset, by pressing 0 button + PWR button.

2. What is the Wow Magic Sing Premium Videoke Mic?

Answer:
The WOW! Magic Sing Magic Microphone is the only videoke mic that uses Philippine Scenery as picture backgrounds. The very same microphone you sing into also contains the controls to access the videoke functions. Unlike most videoke machines, it does not have a separate unit that is far from the singer.
  

3. How does the WOW! Magic Sing Magic Microphone Videoke Mic work?

Answer:
  The WMSP mic has video and audio outputs that connect to a TV. The lyrics of the song can be seen on the TV screen while the music and the singer's voice are heard on the speaker.

4. What are the models of the WOW! Magic Sing Magic Microphone Videoke Mic?

Answer:
Currently, we have four models of videoke mics, the Concerto Edition, the Mabuhay ED8000 model, the Silver Fiesta ED9000 Model, and the Papuri ED7000 model models of videoke mics, the Fiesta (ED6000) model and the Mabuhay (ED8000) model.

5. What are the differences between the four models?

Answer:
 
The Concerto Duet Edition EG18000 has 2 Hassle-free Wireless Microphones , 10 to 50 meter signal range, new and improved sound quality, clearer vocal sounds and select audio output mode (Amplifier or TV mode) for better sound quality.

The Mabuhay ED8000 Model has a USB function which allows the user to connect to any computer for future system upgrades. It also allows downloading of pre-recorded songs from the microphone to your PC. Use of the WOW! Magic Sing recording pack is required.
The ED8000 model also features an ergonomic design and an external video source function which allows the user to customize the video background using any video source (such as video camera, DVD/VCD player, etc.). This model also features a detachable cable.

The Silver Fiesta ED9000 Model features a 5 meter fixed cable, has a tuning meter function/vocalization, and an Othello game function.
Both the ED8000 and the ED9000 model features 2,064 built-in songs.

The Papuri ED7000 Model features 1,065 hymns & christian songs. It contains a built-in bible (NIV), and has both the USB and External Video Source functions. This mic is great for bible studies, prayer meetings, and other spiritual gatherings.


6. Does it need batteries to work?

Answer:
  A WOW! Magic Sing Magic Microphone requires a power source in order to function. This power source can be provided by either the adaptor or by 2 "AA" batteries, but not both at the same time. When the adaptor included in the package is used, the WMSP mic does not need batteries..


7. Can the WOW! Magic Sing Magic Microphone be used with 110V AC outlets also??

Answer:
  There is nothing to fear. The adaptor included with the WMSP package is an AUTOVOLT adaptor. You can plug it in either 110V or 220V without changing any setting and it would still work perfectly..


8. Does the WOW! Magic Sing Magic microphone already contain songs?

Answer:

  Yes, once you buy either the Mabuhay or Silver Fiesta Magic Sing, you get 2,064 built-in songs. If you buy the Papuri Magic Sing, you get 1,065 hymns & christian songs.

9. How can I add songs to the WOW! Magic Sing Magic Microphone?

Answer:
  Songs are added simply by inserting song chips bought from any WOW! Magic Sing dealer. Songs inside the song chips are automatically added..

10. Can I customize the songs inside my song chip?

Answer:
  Currently we do not customize song chips. We have fixed set of songs for each chip. We do carry a large selection of songs in each song chip though, and we're sure that it will appeal to each customer's musical taste. Aside from this, we are constantly making song chips with new songs.
